What drives Coach Salamanca is simple but powerful—he saw firsthand that many new athletes weren’t getting the attention they needed to truly learn the game. That realization pushed him into
coaching, with a mission to make sure every player has the opportunity to develop the fundamentals the right way.
He has a passion for teaching the core skills of softball, including hitting, catching, and throwing, and takes pride in helping athletes build a strong foundation. For Coach Salamanca, nothing is more
rewarding than watching a new player grow—seeing their skills improve and their confidence rise over time.
His coaching style is steady, supportive, and team-focused. Often working behind the scenes, he plays a key role in preparing athletes—helping batters and pitchers get properly warmed up and ready to perform. His presence ensures players are prepared, confident, and set up for success before they ever step into the spotlight.
His coaching philosophy centers on:
-
Teaching strong fundamentals the right way
-
Giving every athlete the attention they deserve
